1. Eligibility for returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care products and hair extensions are only eligible if the defect is confirmed (for example, manufacturing defect or serious damage in transit).
2. Return process

After reviewing your request, we will confirm whether the item is eligible for return and provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

You must ship the item back within 14 days after we approve the return, using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking number for your records.
3. Condition of returned items

Returned items must include original packaging, accessories, and any free gifts that came with the order, where applicable.
